奔馳是一個具有傳奇性的汽車制造商，1890年，戴姆勒汽車公司成立，簡稱DMG，邁巴赫設計了第一臺直列四缸四沖程發動機。
1926年奔馳公司與戴姆勒公司重組創立"梅賽德斯——奔馳"汽車公司，堅持以德國軍用產品的研發和生產為主。
1936年"梅賽德斯—奔馳"汽車首次將柴油發動機成功的安裝在了轎車上。
1939年"梅賽德斯—奔馳"已開始關注研究汽車安全性能。
1954年公司在300SL型汽車上使用汽油噴射裝置，從而成為了淘汰傳統化油器的新科技。
1959年"梅賽德斯—奔馳"公司開始進行碰撞實驗。
1980年壹達梅賽德斯石油公司成立，是德國壹達奔馳備品集團公司旗下的品牌，成為德國奔馳G系列裝車用油。
2010年壹達品牌已成功打造成德國著名品牌，隨著社會的發展公司不斷的壯大，成功進入亞洲市場。
2012年在香港成立銷售公司，作為亞洲地區的原裝進口商，服務于"梅賽德斯—奔馳"售后用油。
2014年，壹達品牌進入中國市場通過深圳進出口實業有限公司進出口，同年與奈爾集團達成亞洲區戰略聯盟。
2016年，香港銷售公司與深圳進出口實業有限公司合并，成立壹達梅賽德斯（深圳）進出口實業有限公司，在中國大陸地區推廣壹達梅賽德斯潤滑油。
2018年同山東奈爾潤滑科技有限公司達成技術研發合作，簽署壹達梅賽德斯潤滑油分裝及技術研發協議，投入資金共同推進對納米稀土添加劑的研究。
2020年參與奈爾集團關于二代潤滑油即納米稀土潤滑油的實測實驗及路試實驗，并將該技術運用到壹達梅賽德斯潤滑油中，進行新產品的推廣。
